AI-powered customer support for e-commerce — the product I left my job to build.
Small e-commerce teams spend hours answering the same customer emails every day.
Existing tools are either expensive, too generic, or simply don’t fit real workflows.
Respondize connects to Gmail and Shopify.
It reads emails, understands context (orders, history, policies),
and generates ready-to-send draft replies.
Up to 60% faster responses.
GDPR-compliant. Google CASA Tier 2 certified.
Built entirely by myself — from product to infrastructure to go-to-market.
Engineering foundations → Applied AI in banking → Building my own product.

Left my AI position at Bankinter to move back with my parents and go full-time on Respondize. Built the entire product from scratch — product design, LLM pipeline, cloud infrastructure, integrations, compliance, and go-to-market.

Designed and deployed generative AI systems for one of Spain's leading banks, working with LangChain and Azure AI to automate internal workflows and enhance decision-making processes.

Web development internship building internal tools and client-facing features using PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS within a large enterprise consultancy environment.
The short version: I saw a real problem, learned the skills to solve it, and left my job to build the solution.
Before entering the workforce, I ran a small dropshipping store.
Customer support by email quickly became a bottleneck.
Most emails were repetitive, but using templates alone was no longer enough.
The tools out there didn’t solve the problem — they were either too expensive, too generic, or disconnected from the real workflow.
I studied Computer Science at UC3M, did an Erasmus in ML, and later a Master’s in AI.
At NTT DATA, I learned how large organizations operate:
consulting, data, and structured execution.
Then at Bankinter, I built RAG pipelines and AI agents used in real operations.
That’s where I understood what useful AI really means, and realized I wanted to build something bigger than a comfortable corporate path.
While working at Bankinter, I started building Respondize on evenings and weekends.
When I saw real potential, I made a decision:
leave my job, move back home to Málaga, and go all-in on this opportunity.
The worst that could happen was to go back to the life I was already living.
Today I’m living my dream, working 24/7 on a project I’ve built from scratch and fully committed to turning into a real company.
We already have our first users, and I’m focused on learning fast, improving the product, and solving the problem properly.
Being part of Wayra Telefónica’s incubator gave me access to other founders and a different way of thinking about how to build and take projects further.
Respondize is my first real product, but it's part of a bigger picture. I want to build integrations and automations deeply embedded in real business operations — not chatbots put together in a couple of weeks, but complete systems that change from the ground up how teams work.
I'm interested in growing as a founder in high-density environments where I can learn from people who've done it before. I believe the best way to build great technology is surrounded by people who demand excellence — and who build with purpose, empathizing with the problem. Not just with ambition.

Left my AI role at Bankinter to build Respondize full-time — a generative AI SaaS that automates customer support emails for e-commerce. Built the entire product solo: backend, frontend, AI pipeline, integrations, compliance, and go-to-market.

During this internship, I worked on building analytical dashboards and identifying key pain points for clients related to operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and lost time. I analyzed their data, highlighted improvement opportunities, and prepared insights to help them optimize their processes and make better decisions.

I'm always open to conversations with founders, product people, and anyone building something real. Whether it's about Respondize, a startup opportunity, or just exchanging ideas — I'd love to hear from you.
